Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Zurich

What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across our platform (frontend and backend)
- Own features from idea to production, including architecture, implementation, and deployment
- Work closely with product, design, and data teams to turn complex requirements into effective technical solutions
- Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture
- Identify and drive technical improvements across the stack
What we require:
- Proven experience building and shipping complex web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS), and modern frontend and backend frameworks
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience implementing customer-facing AI features
- Fluency in English
