Natzka (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”) considers your privacy to be important. This policy explains how we use your personal data when you access our website. This information is provided in accordance with Article 19 of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

These are the providers of the IT services used to manage the website. The data may be communicated to the Judicial Authorities, in compliance with the legal requirements and upon specific request.

In accordance with Article 8 of the FADP, we take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data in our possession from unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration or destruction and to ensure the traceability of the operations performed. Where possible, we use encryption and other technologies to help protect the information you provide to us. We also require our service providers to adhere to the most stringent confidentiality and security rules and requirements.

Your data won’t be transferred outside of the territory of the Swiss confederation.
